I'm Kim, a licensed therapist for nearly four decades, Reiki Master Teacher, and evidential medium. I've spent my career sitting at the intersection of clinical social work and spiritual intelligence, and what I know for certain is this: The most effective leaders are the ones who've learned to trust the data coming from within as much as the data coming from outside.
I've seen genius women leave rooms full of money on the table because they couldn't access a clean yes.
