Learn how to take the guesswork out of how and what you should be eating to feel your best, look your best, and have more energy!

With all of the diets out there it can be very confusing and overwhelming for someone looking to loose weight or be more healthy. Often times people set their minds to loose weight with the best of intentions only to fall back into their old patterns after a few days.

Lydia will help you take the guesswork out and show you a way of eating and living that you can maintain for the rest of your life. It's not about what you can't have, but instead what you can have! Eating healthy can and should be delicious as well as satisfying.

Just as important as the food on your plate is the way that you care for yourself. In this class you will learn the importance of self-care and all the ways we can take care of our mind, body and spirit.

Finally, you will learn all about gut health! We will cover why so many health issues are linked to our gut and what we can do to promote greater overall wellness from within.

Cost for the 4 week workshop $250

Lydia Moriarty is a certified Health Coach and a long time resident of Andover, MA where she has raised her two children. She decided to become a Health Coach to fulfill her passion of working with women to improve their health and lifestyle.

Lydia received her training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She leads workshops on nutrition as well as offers individual health and nutrition coaching to women.

Lydia works with her clients to help them create happy, healthy lives that are free of diets and calorie counting. She believes that making gradual, lifelong changes enables each person to reach current and future health goals. Lydia will support and encourage you every step of the way! She can’t wait to meet you and guide you on your journey to good health and happiness!
