The gut, also referred to as the second brain, has major influence over both our physical and mental health. With 90% of the body's serotonin, aka "the happy neurotransmitter," being produced in the gut and over 80% of our immune system housed inside the digestive tract, whether or not our gut is functioning properly is paramount to our overall health and happiness. If you suffer from symptoms such as IBS, bloating after meals, chronic fatigue, brain fog, headaches, joint pain, skin issues, depression, or anxiety, you might be surprised at the effects nurturing your gut health can have on you.
Join certified Health Coach, Liz Leonard, for a 4-week course on eating right for your gut, and also thinking right—as thoughts, like food, are digested too. This course is educational as well as interactive.
